| Hello, We saw the alumni section on the website and hoped that Bartelby could join, too. This is Bartelby. We adopted him in February of 2007 from the Humane Society and he was named Lucky at the time. Shorly after we adopted him, we found out that he had pneumonia. But, we gave him lots of love and care, and now he is pneumonia free. In fact, he just celebrated his 1st birthday on September 7th of this year. He is a pit-bull mix and is one of the most well-behaved dogs we've ever had. He also loves to get hugs and kisses from us. Bartelby also now has a little sister named Ava who is a pure breed pit bull and the two are inseperable. We could not have asked for a better set of dogs and we are thankful every day that we have them. |
