August 24, 2010 - In Memorium

Bob was unique, he was a member of our family, and a true one of a kind dog. Bob loved people of all ages but, his best friend was my Father. They did everything together from enjoying a summer day soaking up the sun, to peaceful car rides.

My parents have lived right across the street from a park ever since we adopted Bob into our family he loved watching the kids play and he loved to play with them too. Well, more like steal their balls but he always gave them back even if they had a little slobber on them.

It breaks my heart to say that Bob's life was recently taken while doing something he loved to do and that is play. It was a hit and run. A pick-up was driving at excessive speeds and hit Bob then took off. Bob is deeply missed everyday. I wish I could tell the driver of that truck how he took a member of my family and that he or she is a very heartless person for not stoping to help.

R.I.P Bob. We want you to know that we miss you deeply and we think about you everyday. You were the best dog our family could've asked for.

I adopted Bob.

This is Bob now. He is a wonderful dog and our family enjoys him a lot. Bob has picked up some new hobbies being with us. He likes to go camping, fishing, swimming, he enjoys going on walks with us and he has a new best friend.

His best friend's name is Stumpy she's our disabled cat. Bob and Stumpy sleep together every night. They share their toys food and water, they really do love each other.

I want to encourage anyone and everyone to adopt a pet. Our family is finally complete.
