Mon. Mar 1 - Po' Boys BBQ and Pizza of Urbana will donate 10% of their proceeds from the first Monday night of every month from 4 to 9 PM tp CCHS.

Sat. Mar 6 - Doodle for Wildlife - at the I-Hotel and Conference Center.

Mon. Mar 15 - Adult Volunteer Orientation, 6 - 7 pm at the Champaign Public Library. Through July the orientations will be scheduled on Mondays at 6pm (probably the third Monday of each month)

Sat. Mar 27 - Pictures with the Easter Bunny. Join Hands-4-Paws in Douglas County on Saturday March 27th from 1 - 4 pm at Jarman Center in Tuscola to help raise funds for a one-day Pet Health and Wellness Program. Children and pets can have their picture taken with the Easter Bunny and join in a Doggie Easter Egg Hunt at 4:10 pm. Photos are $5.00.

WILL-AM (90.9) 1:06 PM - first Friday of every month The Illini Pet Pod, hosted by Dr. Amy Fischer, covers topics in pet care and humane education. and discusses the scientific and societal issues that affect our animal companions. Dr. Amy Fischer, Extension Specialist in Companion Animal Biology and Humane Education, serves on the CCHS Board of Directors, teaches at the University of Illinois Department of Animal Sciences. The Illini Pet Pod is developed in partnership with the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine.
