^{Participation in the Trautman Real Estate Agency's Golden Getaway (the "Raffle") is limited to individuals who are eighteen years of age or older at the time of entry. Tickets may only be purchased from within the state of Illinois. A maximum of one hundred (100) entries will be made available for purchase. Ticket sales will conclude at 7:00 PM Central Time on Friday, October 9, during the Fur Ball (the "Event"), or upon the sale of all available tickets, whichever occurs first. The winning ticket will be drawn during the live auction at the "Event". You need not be present to win. The following individuals are ineligible to participate or win: Champaign County Humane Society staff and their guests attending the "Event" at the discounted staff rate, and all employees of Trautman Real Estate Agency & Appraisal. In the event that the drawn ticket belongs to a participant deemed ineligible for any reason, the individual shall forfeit their claim to the “Golden Getaway Package,” (the "Prize"), and an alternate winner shall be selected. The "Prize" has a fair market value of $5,000. For the winner, only the portion of their total entries to the "Raffle" which exceeds the fair market value of the "Prize" may be considered tax-deductible. For all non-winning entrants, the fair market value of the ticket is $0, and the full ticket price may be considered tax-deductible. Winners are advised to consult with a tax professional regarding deductibility. Please keep your electronic receipt(s) as a record of your transaction.
